ProvenNomad Terms
Effective September 28, 2026. These Terms govern use of ProvenNomad's sales-talent marketplace, profile and verification features, messaging, hiring workflows, introduction records, and related services.
1. The marketplace
ProvenNomad helps sales talent build proof-backed records and helps companies discover, contact, interview, and hire talent. ProvenNomad is not the employer, employee, contractor, payroll provider, or agent for either side of an employment or contractor relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Talent profiles and claims
Talent is responsible for the accuracy of profile information, work history, performance claims, evidence, availability, and other submissions. A claim is not ProvenNomad-verified merely because it appears in a private workflow. ProvenNomad may review, reject, hide, request changes to, or remove claims or evidence.
4. Verification and endorsements
Company, coach, trainer, or other third-party verification reflects the information submitted through the applicable verification process. Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of future performance, employment suitability, identity beyond the scope reviewed, or any particular business result.
5. Companies and hiring
Companies are responsible for their opportunities, hiring decisions, compensation promises, worker classification, employment or contractor agreements, payroll, commissions, taxes, and compliance obligations. Marketplace eligibility and company verification are internal ProvenNomad access and trust controls and are not endorsements of the entire business.
6. Hiring terms, introductions and fees
Companies accept versioned Hiring & Introduction Terms as part of the hiring-company setup and may be required to accept an updated version before new protected hiring actions. After acceptance, ProvenNomad may record company views, access, interest, interviews and other marketplace activity as evidence of a ProvenNomad introduction. Moving later communication or contracting outside ProvenNomad does not by itself remove an introduction or applicable placement terms. Under the current commercial model, the first successful placement is free. Later confirmed Setter/SDR/BDR placements are $1,000 and Closer/AE/Account Manager placements are $2,000, subject to the accepted hiring terms. Paid placements currently include the stated replacement window.
7. Hire reporting, off-platform contact and disputes
Talent and companies may report hiring outcomes, including direct or off-platform contact related to a ProvenNomad-originated relationship. Reported hires can require confirmation, may be disputed, and can be reviewed by ProvenNomad before a disputed outcome is treated as confirmed. ProvenNomad may use accepted agreement versions, profile-view and introduction timestamps, marketplace messages, interview activity and user-submitted evidence to review a dispute. Users must not intentionally conceal, falsify or coordinate around a marketplace-originated hire.
8. Communications and circumvention
Marketplace messaging, notifications, and interview tools are for legitimate hiring and professional communication. Users may communicate through ordinary professional channels, but intentionally moving or concealing a ProvenNomad-originated hiring relationship to avoid applicable marketplace obligations is prohibited. Harassment, spam, impersonation, scraping of protected information, attempts to bypass marketplace access controls, or misuse of another user's data are also prohibited.
9. User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant ProvenNomad permission to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and present the marketplace and its verification features, subject to your visibility settings and the Privacy Policy.
10. Service changes and enforcement
ProvenNomad may change product features, review standards, marketplace eligibility rules, or access when needed to operate or protect the service. Accounts or content may be restricted when there is suspected fraud, abuse, nonpayment, intentional circumvention, unresolved hiring or fee disputes, security risk, or material violation of these Terms or accepted hiring terms. A restriction can prevent new protected introductions while an issue is reviewed.
11. No guarantee
ProvenNomad does not guarantee that a profile will receive interest, that a company will hire, that a candidate will perform at a particular level, that an employment relationship will continue, or that a marketplace user will meet every promise made outside ProvenNomad.
12. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the ProvenNomad Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential third-party information, customer data, payment credentials, or evidence you are not authorized to share.
These Terms describe the current product rules and commercial model and should receive qualified legal review before broad launch or material expansion into additional jurisdictions.
